Cantiro Homes is hiring a Client Care Liaison
This is an 18-month maternity leave contract with the likelihood of being extended or becoming a permanent position.

Reporting to the Client Care Manager, the Client Care Liaison will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout their experience with Cantiro Homes. You will ensure our clients have a primary contact available from point of sale (condition removal) through 1-year warranty appointment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients as this role is the primary client contact through the customer journey.
- Educate clients on what the customer journey will look like, and their next steps as they come.
- Ensure clients' expectations are achieved as their journey flows through departments.
- Provide administrative support throughout all departments.
- Schedule appointments with designated departments throughout the process.
- Provide continuous construction updates.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all client questions.
- Strong internal communication with all departments.
- Tracking possession dates and assisting with the possession process as required.
- Ensure any issues/disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and trade days with clients.
- Schedule client care reps as required.
- Generate work orders and purchase orders, analyzing cost and ensuring appropriateness.
- Review client’s warranty claims and schedule as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts and file documents.
- Follow up and ensure completion of work orders and service calls.
- Coordinate trades while building healthy relationships.
- Manage a high level of phone calls and emails.
- Work closely with internal service team to create efficiencies.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- High-school Diploma - post-secondary education would be preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years in a customer experience role
- Proficient computer skills are mandatory; Microsoft Office – must be fluent in all programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills; self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize quickly and effectively.
- Ability to grasp potential issues, problem solve and adjust workload & timelines based on priority changes in a fast-changing market
- Willingness to embrace new technology
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent customer service through a solution-focused mindset
- New home building experience considered an asset
- An active listener who is not afraid to ask questions to better understand issues
- This role will require a high level of patience to better understand client issues and be able to communicate the outcome to clients
- Demonstrated ability to preserve relationships while having difficult conversations
- Ability to collaborate with department team members and not afraid to advocate for the client
- Attention to detail
Location is primarily at the Cantiro corporate office, however occasional trips to site will be required.
