About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales & Customer Support Representative to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing customer communications, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and providing administrative support to keep the team running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update data in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality communication and service to customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Organize, ship, and track product samples
- Complete tag and quality documentation as required
- Review and oversee contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers and prospects
- Identify and support new business development opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in all documentation, records, and correspondence
- Support the sales team by- Preparing and sending contracts, drafting and managing email communications and assisting with additional tasks to ensure smooth sales operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in sales or customer service (animal nutrition industry experience considered an asset)
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
Experience & Skills
- Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver excellent service in retail, sales, or client-facing roles
- Sales: Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and understand their needs
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing documents, emails, and correspondence

- Weekends: No weekend shifts required
