Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lash Technician to provide top-tier lash extension services to our growing clientele. As a Lash Tech, you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced LED technology, offering clients beautiful, customized lash extensions that enhance their natural beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply eyelash extensions using various techniques (classic, volume, hybrid, etc.)
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate lash styles and lengths
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and lash extension techniques
- Follow safety and health regulations
- Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met
Requirements:
- Certification in eyelash extension application (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and the lash industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if necessary)
