Schneider Ruggiero Spencer Milburn LLP is a boutique real estate law firm, primarily serving the development community in Ontario. We operate out of a downtown and Vaughan office. The posted position is for an in-office executive assistant at the Vaughan office for a senior counsel, practicing primarily in the areas of commercial lending, wealth management and trust and estate administration for high net worth clients.
Job description
Ideal candidate will be computer savvy, having several years of experience as an assistant to senior counsel, responsible for all administrative duties of the principal, including scheduling of appointments and zoom meetings; monitoring and responding to all communication, including phone and email contact, and monitoring corporate and estate filings.
Maintaining specific data base for wills and estates and corporate records of Counsel’s clientele.
Must be familiar with the basic Office suite of tools, PCLaw. Familiarity with Fast Company and estate administration software an asset.
Exemplary vocabulary and writing skills are a prerequisite, as you will be drafting various documents and correspondence for the senior counsel’s review and approval.
This is a full-time position, but a highly qualified senior assistant may be considered on a part time basis

Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
