We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by:

Reconciling daily cash receipts, bank deposits, and monitoring cash balances across departments

Reviewing and posting vehicle sales transactions while ensuring accuracy in pricing, financing, incentives, and HST
-
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including collections and receivable tracking

Posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting accurate financial reporting

Administering floor plan financing entries, funding, payoffs, and lender reconciliations
-
Performing regular bank, credit card, inventory, and OEM account reconciliations

Reviewing payroll summaries, aged receivables, and service work-in-progress accounts

Assisting with month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and variance analysis
