The Office Manager's function is to lead, motivate, and work within the Office Administration team whom are responsible for the company's internal workings.

Manage the the KEY office day to day tasks like, answering the buzzer, maintaining supplies, onboarding new employees and helping with creating a fun culture!
Show rental space to prospective tenants on the main floor of the building
Prepare, finalize and file legal assets in conjunction with the Managing Broker and Sales Managers: Admin Templates, Reporting Templates, Contract + Addenda, Disclosure Statements and Amendments
Manage non-electronic and electronic filing systems
Ensure all addendums are communicated to all parties
Prepare weekly reports regarding outstanding contracts
Support with Buyer Profile updates
Manage deposit receipts
Keeping up to date with project information overviews for each project to help facilitate the project management process, including but not limited to: pricing, completion date information, construction milestones, amendment dates, policies regarding assignments, options, parking/storage sales
Maintain regular, ongoing communication with the Managing Broker regarding any issues or roadblocks at all of the projects
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests
Experience in Administration, Office Management, or Reception
A client service background in a busy, client-centric environment (2+ years)
Relevant real estate experience (2+ years)
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 23 per week
