We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Team Member to join our growing High Spirits team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate bottling and canning equipment for spirits and ready-to-drink beverages
- Label, package, and prepare products for distribution
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas
- Assist with day-to-day distillery production and warehouse operations
- Ensure products meet our quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
What We're Looking For
- Support the team wherever needed to keep production running efficiently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
