Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive specializing in Supply Chain Management to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on procurement, demand planning, and manufacturing processes.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP and SAP to manage procurement activities, inventory control, and order processing efficiently.
- Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Oversee purchasing activities by negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for accurate demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in ERP systems, demand planning, and supply chain workflows to maximize efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing strategies, and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP or similar platforms; familiarity with SAP modules is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis; understanding of MRP systems for production planning is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects that enhance supply chain efficiency through innovative solutions and technology integration.
