Inside IT Sales Representative

The Inside IT Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing relationships within an assigned customer base. This role responds to inbound inquiries, conducts targeted outbound outreach, processes orders, resolves customer issues, and provides product and solution guidance aligned to customer needs. The ISR plays a key role in driving revenue, supporting customer retention, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience through accurate execution and effective communication.
Job Description:
- Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to TBXI’s clients
- Process customer requests for pricing, information, and availability regarding products
- Provides customers with product and service information and promotes up-selling products and services
- Supports ongoing IT sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations etc.
- Supports territory manager with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence
- Responsible for following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, territory managers and product suppliers
- Client service via phone and electronic communication
- Take briefings and feedback from clients.
Qualifications:
- Business to business (B2B) sales experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of quoting tools is an asset
- Technical IT background an asset
