We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Contents Technician to join our restoration team. This role involves cleaning, restoring, and organizing customer contents affected by fire, smoke, water, and flood damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and restore household and commercial contents after fire, smoke, and water damage
- Operate laundry equipment and process textile cleaning
- Pack, inventory, move, and store customer belongings safely and professionally
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
- Operate ozone chambers, drying rooms, and related restoration equipment
- Monitor drying and deodorization processes
- Complete job documentation, inventory records, and daily reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move contents and equipment
- Comfortable working in warehouse and restoration environments
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Restoration or cleaning experience is an asset, but training can be provided
