Job Description
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of vehicles while supporting customer transportation needs. This role involves cleaning and inspecting vehicles, moving vehicles as needed (including customer deliveries), and safely shuttling customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
General Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles on the lot and prior to customer delivery
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including fuel levels and washer fluid
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot
- Safely shuttle customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or designated locations
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during shuttle trips
- Document shuttle trips, including passenger names, destinations, and pickup points
- Perform additional duties as required to support daily operations
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license & Acceptable Driver's Abstract
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Physically capable of frequent movement and vehicle relocation throughout the lot
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety
- Works well in a team environment and with the general public
