Your main tasks will be to :

Open customer files, data entry, validate information, verify credit and invoice.

Obtain additional information or documents from customers, suppliers, carriers, customs and other Axxess offices as required.

Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriter.

Communicate regularly, answering basic questions from customers, truckers.
What we're looking for:

You are bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with future colleagues and customers based across Canada and around the world.

You have studied logistics or a related field.

You have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder.

You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail

You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
