Position Summary
As the Clinic Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations while leading and supporting Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) and Patient Experience Representatives (PERs). This role serves as the primary clinic‑level point of contact for operational issues, supporting scheduling, staffing, administrative workflows, billing support, and compliance. You will foster a positive staff culture, ensure alignment with Group23 standards, and help deliver a high‑quality patient experience in a fast‑paced sports medicine environment. This role works closely with the Clinical Support Manager and escalates clinic‑level risks, trends, or issues as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Provide oversight of billing accuracy, payment processing, and patient payment agreements, escalating issues as required
