We are looking for a OT Assistant to work in our Oshawa clinic.
Position Summary
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services in our Oshawa Clinic. Daytime, early evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
- Occupational Therapy/ Physio therapy Assistant diploma from a recognized community college, or other equivalent
- Two years of relevant OTA/PTA experience
- Knowledge of the rehabilitation approach to client care and the roles of OT and SLP
- Experience with rehabilitation services (hospital, clinic, community) and/or personal training certifications are all assets
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)
- Great interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work with different personality types
- A valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in related healthcare field or specialized training (OTA, PTA, Kin, etc.)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance required
