Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient hotel operations. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise, budgeting acumen, and human resources management to create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Duties
- Actively promote the establishment's products and services to increase customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring all staff provide excellent customer service and maintain phone etiquette.
- Manage hotel budgets, including forecasting revenue and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Lead and train hotel staff in hospitality best practices, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a hotel setting.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and human resources practices is highly desirable.
- A background in hospitality management is a requirement.
