What We’re Looking For
We are interested in speaking with leaders who have demonstrated success in:
- Restaurant or hospitality operations
- Inventory management and cost controls
- COGS management and waste reduction
- Labour planning and scheduling
- KPI tracking and operational reporting
- Hiring, coaching, and developing staff
- Creating and maintaining systems that improve consistency and profitability
- Building strong cultures of accountability and performance
About You
You are not someone who waits for problems to appear.
You identify opportunities, build systems, and continuously look for ways to improve the business.
You enjoy being in the operation, working with teams, coaching your team , and understanding the details that drive performance.
You are comfortable moving , adapting quickly, and operating in an environment where growth creates new opportunities and new challenges.
You understand that successful operations are built through disciplined execution, strong leadership, and attention to the numbers.

Availability
This is a leadership role within hospitality and food service. Availability on weekends, holidays, and during peak operating periods is expected.
