Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable First Aid & CPR Instructor to join our team as a subcontractor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid and CPR training sessions to diverse groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a passion for teaching life-saving skills. Duties
- Conduct engaging and informative First Aid & CPR training classes for individuals and groups
- Prepare training materials and ensure all course content is up-to-date with current guidelines
- Assess participants’ understanding through practical demonstrations and assessments
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment during all sessions
- Complete necessary documentation and certification paperwork for each participant
- Stay informed about updates in first aid and CPR protocols to ensure training accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in classroom settings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Strong classroom management skills to engage participants of varying ages and backgrounds
- Certification as a First Aid & CPR Instructor or willingness to obtain certification prior to teaching
- Prior experience in teaching or instructing first aid, CPR, or related health courses is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as a subcontractor with reliable transportation and scheduling flexibility
- Passion for education, safety, and empowering others with life-saving skills
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
