Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a personalized approach to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Watch Battery Installation and Watch Sizing - paid training program
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos.
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products effectively.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell products to meet sales targets while maintaining integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to advise customers effectively.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate product features confidently through demos.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and POS systems is preferred.
- A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
