About Our Subsidiary (Cova):
Cova is a leading software solutions company that designs and builds products to elevate the dispensary experience. Our point-of-sale solution is purpose-built for the cannabis industry based on years of research and expertise; our digital signage and menus integrate seamlessly with our POS, providing a suite of tools to help bring dispensaries to the next level.

Duties Include:
Interacting with clients through call, chat and email interfaces.
Delivering high-level customer service to clients in a personable, professional, and efficient manner.
Assisting clients with utilizing the core software and all integrated pieces.
Troubleshooting any issues clients encounter with the software and supported hardware.
Identifying defects that have a significant impact to our clients and their business operations and ensuring the issues are brought to the required internal teams.
Use critical thinking to determine accurate severity level and urgency on every incident.
Coordinating with Account Managers and Development on prioritization and communication of defects, hotfixes and any trending issues.
This position may require working weekends and late evenings.
This position has on-call requirements.
We are open on statutory holidays for standard business hours.

Not required but definitely an asset to have the following:
2+ years of customer service experience
Previous experience in a software/technology support role
Post-secondary education in the form of a certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree
