What You'll Do:

Lead and work alongside a 3–5 person crew on commercial maintenance sites.

Execute mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, and clean-up to high standards.

Communicate directly with supervisors and clients to ensure full site satisfaction.

Troubleshoot daily challenges and keep your crew safe, productive, and on schedule.
What You Bring:

Valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

5+ years in landscape/grounds maintenance.
-
3+ years in a supervisory or crew lead position.
-
Reliability, strong communication, and a positive team attitude.
