Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual available for both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. We are looking for someone who focuses on couples therapy. The ideal candidate should be available for in-person shifts on Fridays and/or Saturdays and offer one virtual shift per week. This position initially involves two shifts per week but holds growth potential for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday, Sundays: Virtual shifts
- In-person Fridays: 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- In-person Saturdays: 10 am to 4 pm

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Professional College membership or registration with a mental healthassociation (e.g., BCACC, CCPA) with current liability insurance
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and able to work autonomously
- Dedicated to professional growth and long-term commitment to our practice
- Ability to provide in-person services at our Burnaby office
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates experience in preferred counselling clinical field through specialized training
- Awareness of and compliance with ethical practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments to continuously improve clinical practice
- Participation in ongoing professional development, training, consultation, and supervision
Strong Assets:
- MCP, MA Counselling, or Clinical Psychology
- Post-graduate counselling experience with diverse client backgrounds
- Certifications in the following areas: Couples, First Responders, Families, or Sex Therapy
- Proficiency in a second language
- Computer literacy

Salary:
Competitive Split - dependent on hours worked (e.g., full or part-time) and training
