As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and serving as their trusted advisor. You will develop a strong understanding of each client's business realities to support the evolution of their technology needs while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Working closely with our technical and professional services teams, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience, strengthening long-term client relationships, and supporting Kezber's continued growth.
As an Account Manager, you will:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Services, to ensure successful project execution and a consistent client experience.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Technical Skills : Experience managing both short and long sales cycles. Knowledge of Kezber's solutions, including Microsoft Power Platform, Managed IT Services, Business Intelligence, networking, and custom software development. Experience with ConnectWise is considered an asset.
