We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Spa Coordinator eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.
This is the perfect position for individuals interested in the Health and Beauty industry, with the ability to coordinate and organize daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming, calming and friendly atmosphere for spa guests
- Answer emails and phone calls, conducting professional follow-up and reminders of upcoming service appointments
- Supervise scheduling
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the facility
- Customer focused skills, greetings guests, offering beverages and ensuring to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- People Management- coordinator the spa contractors, following up on schedules and collaborating as part of the team.
- Passionate about Spa therapy and skincare is an asset in this position.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in Book4Time or a similar Spa software
- Must demonstrate a strong passion and commitment for delivering outstanding and memorable guest services
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English
- Must have supervisory/leadership experience in a similar upscale setting
- 2-3 years customer facing experience and a standard of excellence in guest interactions
- Cash skills is a necessity as you will be responsible for maintaining the cash float and taking payments in various different forms
- Schedule - Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday
