Our digital print/copy/sign shop located at 4509 Manhattan Rd SE, Calgary is looking for an experienced, motivated individual to take on a full time position of Print Production Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign to modify print designs.
- Operate digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output.
- Print & produce products on various media/paper via digital printers and finish on a variety of equipment.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment (to our local stores and thru courier.)
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Knowledge Base
- Experience with digital printers including roll, flat bed and/or sheet printing.
- Training/experience in Adobe design software particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat & InDesign.
- Special consideration will be given to those who have completed a print management type program, design diploma and/or experience in a copy, print or sign shop.
Experience
We are flexible! Whether you are just out of school (Graphic Design/Print Technology or a similar diploma) or if you've been in the print industry for decades. Wage is negotiable.
