Cafe Milano Montreal is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in Bookkeeping and Administration.
The selected candidate will support the Management team on structuring and growing our popular business.
Responsibilities include Accounts Payable/Receivables, General Ledger (SAGE online), Data Entry, and General Administration. Abilities to multi-task and collaborate with staff and suppliers is a definite asset. The candidate must display a keen sense of organization!
Languages are primarily French and English. Dress code is casual but professional!
This position is available for a minimum of 3 days a week (9:30am to 3:30pm) with a half hour for lunch (one hour lunch is optional). Benefits include Group Insurance, VRSP employer contributions, discounted meals and reasonable flex-time. Possibility of Full-time work within 12 months will be available, if mutually desired.
Training will take place on site at our Saint-Leonard HQ office!
