In this key role, you’ll be working directly with our naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, and nurses to support the smooth operation of the clinic and deliver exceptional service to our patients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for holistic health, who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the wellbeing of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Reception & Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, provide clinic tours, and answer phone inquiries.
- Scheduling & Invoicing: Manage patient appointments, assist with booking as wide range of treatments and modalities, and handle invoicing and payments.
- Clinic Support: Assist with the setup of various modalities and ensure treatments are prepared for patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Use the Jane App for patient scheduling, record-keeping, and communicating with the team. Process extended health insurance billing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, and nurses to maintain smooth clinic operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting (naturopathic, chiropractic, or similar) and in Jane Application preferred but not required
- Tech-Savvy: Capable of learning new software quickly.
- Billing Knowledge: Experience with extended health insurance billing is an asset.
- Multitasking & Patience: Able to manage a large volume of patients, stay organized, and remain patient under pressure.
- Positive Attitude & Team Player: You should be passionate about helping others, a true team player, and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday - Friday for approximately 40 hours per week, with some evenings.
