About the Role
Cool Dispatch is looking for professional, reliable drivers to join our Victoria team. We specialize in safeguarding freshness, delivering temperature-controlled goods (groceries, medical supplies, and gourmet meals) across the Island. You will operate a modern, tech-enabled refrigerated fleet with local routes that get you home every day.
What You’ll Do
- Operate clean, modern refrigerated vans throughout Greater Victoria.
- Ensure the "cold chain" remains intact from pickup to drop-off.
- Use our driver app for real-time GPS routing and digital proof-of-delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service as the face of Cool Dispatch.
Requirements
- License: Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License (Required).
- Experience: Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Greater Victoria roads and traffic patterns.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for dispatching.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for loading/unloading.
