Industrial Tool and Online parts business is looking for a reliable shipping / receiving and order fulfillment clerk. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for our daily shipping and receiving, online order fulfillment, inventory management and warehouse/work area cleanup.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shipping / Receiving:
· Prepare daily packages and skids for shipment.
· Receive daily packages and skids.
· Receive incoming shipments and verify correct items.
· Receive purchase orders into our computer system.
· Prepare and ship daily orders.
Order Fulfillment:
- prepare orders for shipment
- Working under tight daily deadlines to pick and pack orders for courier collection
- Telephone/email customers to confirm orders and resolve issues
Inventory Management:
- Receiving and stocking new inventory, doing inventory counts and organizing/tidying inventory locations
- Processing and restocking product returns
Daily Warehouse/Work Area Cleanup:
- Breaking down and disposing of cardboard and garbage
- Sweeping and vacuuming work areas
- General cleanup in preparation for the next day
The successful candidate will be a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individual. They must be comfortable in supporting the front line of customer service when needed and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management and shipping.
The position requires:
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Candidate must be physically fit and capable of coping with the demands of warehouse pick/pack/ship activities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt quickly to evolving processes and procedures.
- Computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with order fulfillment through WOO Commerce an asset.
- Forklift ticket an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- 2 years (required) in the specific areas of order fulfilment, shipping and receiving
