COMMIS(E) POUR LES RÉSERVATIONS
U-Haul cherche une personne sympathique, courtoise et professionnelle qui travaillerait en tant que commis(e) pour les réservations dans notre bureau de Compagnie-marketing régional pour aider les clients de U-Haul en leur fournissant des réservations de camions, remorques, conteneurs U-Box, remorquage et autres services de location connexes ainsi qu’en offrant du soutien à ces clients.

Responsabilités des commis pour les réservations :
Acheminer l’équipement U-Haul arrivant aux établissements de location pour honorer toutes les réservations confirmées.
Aider à surveiller les inventaires d’équipement de location dans le territoire géographique attribué à la Compagnie-marketing.
Mettre à jour, réviser et vérifier les rapports d’inventaire.
Répondre aux demandes des clients.
Aider les Centres et les Concessionnaires pour les réservations et les tâches supplémentaires.
Planifier les itinéraires U-Box pour les clients locaux.
Qualifications minimales :
Un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
Une connaissance pratique du protocole téléphonique ainsi que des outils de bureau tels que les téléphones multilignes, Word et le courriel.
De l’expérience en service à la clientèle.
RESERVATION AGENT
U-Haul is looking for a personable, courteous, and professional Reservation Agent to work in our regional marketing office to assist customers with assigning reservations for and assisting customers with U-Haul Trucks, Trailers, U-Boxes, towing, and other related rental services.

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:
Direct incoming U-Haul equipment to rental facilities to fill every confirmed reservations
Assist in controlling rental equipment inventories within the assigned marketing company geographic area
Update, review, and audit inventory reports
Answer customer inquiries
Assist centers and dealers with reservations and additional tasks
Schedule U-Box routes for customers in local area
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Customer service experience
