**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Hair Stylist where you will showcase your creativity and passion for hair styling. We are seeking a skilled individual who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic salon environment.
**Duties:**
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients based on their preferences and needs
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice
- Conduct retail sales of hair care products to clients
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the client experience
**Skills:**
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitization practices for tools and work areas
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and services to clients
