About the Role Qurely Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dependable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis. This position begins part-time, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. Full-time positions are also currently available. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations Provide excellent customer service to patients Work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Uphold pharmacy policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requirements :Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy experience — please do not apply if you are a beginner or new to the industry Competent with Kroll software .

If you possess:
- The ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate above average organizational skills

- The ability to provide exceptional customer service experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- The knowledge of working with KROLL or any other pharmacy software is preferred
- Pharmacy assistant graduate degree from one of Alberta schools
- International pharmacists with clinical services experience in Canada is considered an asset
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet patient in timely manner. Gather and enter patient information
- Assess prescriptions for completeness and collect required information for pharmacist assessment and perform third party adjudication as required
- Prepare and package prescription medications
- Maintain prescription and inventory record keeping systems
- Maintain proper drug storage and security
- Place and receive orders for stock
- Following opening and closing checklist on daily basis
- Keep workspace clean and clutter free which can include carrying boxes up to 40lb
- Handle confidential information with care
