Towing Operations Manager
KW Towing is seeking an experienced and motivated Towing Operations Manager to lead our towing and freight recovery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and hands-on towing experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily towing and freight towing operations.
- Manage and supervise tow truck operators and dispatch staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate heavy-duty towing, freight recovery, and roadside assistance services.
- Schedule staff, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate towing personnel.
- Respond to operational issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of towing management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of freight towing, heavy-duty towing, and recovery operations.
- Valid Tow Operator License (required).
- Previous hands-on experience as a tow truck operator.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of transportation and towing regulations.
- Clean driving record preferred.
