B2B Sales Representative – Lower Mainland, BC
Location: Lower Mainland, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: First-year on-target earnings of $65,000–$75,000 (base salary plus commission), plus monthly vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement.
About the Opportunity
Our client, an established supplier to the automotive aftermarket, is seeking an Automotive B2B Sales Representative to develop and grow business with independent automotive repair shops throughout the Lower Mainland.
This role is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience or extensive automotive industry knowledge who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing a sales territory. This is not a retail sales position.
What You'll Do
- Grow and manage a territory of independent automotive repair shops.
- Develop new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with shop owners, service managers, technicians, and parts personnel.
- Present products, identify customer needs, and close sales opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Achieve territory sales and growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales experience or automotive maintenance industry experience.
- Experience managing customer accounts or a sales territory.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
