Rental Solutions is looking for motivated, outgoing, sales-driven Leasing Agents to join our growing Montreal team as independent contractors, earning 100% commission with uncapped potential.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to build real earning potential in real estate. You'll work directly with prospective tenants, conduct apartment visits across Montreal, and guide qualified applicants through the rental process, on your own schedule, as your own boss.
No previous real estate experience required. Full training provided.

Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with prospective tenants
- Schedule and conduct apartment visits throughout Montreal
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable apartments
- Present properties professionally and confidently
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into applications
- Assist applicants throughout the rental application process
- Maintain organized communication with clients and the leasing team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants
- Work toward individual leasing and closing targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive and results-oriented
- Comfortable with sales, cold follow-ups, and closing
- Professional, reliable and organized
- Able to manage your own schedule and work independently as a contractor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous sales, customer service or real estate experience is an asset, but not required
- French and English are an asset
- Access to a vehicle is an asset
Compensation & Opportunity
- 100% commission, unlimited earning potential; top performers earn $50,000 to $80,000+ per year
- This is an independent contractor position, not a salaried employee role: no base salary, no guaranteed hours; you are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses
