We have a monthly promotion plan. We start at 16 per hour and increase as your training increases. You can expect a 1 dollar per hour raise every month until you get to $18 dollars an hour. At that point you should be a fully trained prepper. At that point we discuss what part of the industry you'd like to grow your skills in and start prepping you for the next level up!
This is not a part time or summer job. We are looking for people that want to stay with us full time as permanent employees.

We have 2 prepper positions open.
Field Prepper: This position has an ever changing location so a vehicle is a must. You will often be required to bring doors back to the shop or pick up product at the paint store. Primary duties include prepping kitchen cabinets, sanding & masking. Detailed clean of painted areas in home after painting is complete. Manual dexterity is important to quickly and accurately handle a hand masker. A vehicle suitable to move doors and paint is mandatory for this role.
Criminal Record check required. Valid drivers license and transportation required.
