We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and increase sales for our business. This role is hybrid and active: part of your time will be spent on-site supporting customers and the team, and part will be spent on the road visiting contractors, builders, designers, real estate professionals, renovation companies, and other potential clients.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, organized with follow-ups, and comfortable developing new business relationships. Previous experience in building supplies, real estate, interior design, construction, renovation, or related industries is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop relationships with contractors, builders, designers, renovators, real estate professionals, and commercial clients
- Visit customers, job sites, offices, showrooms, and potential business partners
- Present products, pricing, samples, and sales materials professionally
- Follow up with leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities
- Learn product features, applications, availability, and pricing
- Assist customers with product selection based on their project needs
- Track sales activity, customer communication, and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal staff for orders, availability, delivery, and customer service
- Represent the company professionally both on-site and in the field
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience in building supplies, real estate, interior design, construction, renovation, or home improvement is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making calls, visiting clients, and following up consistently
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required
- Comfortable working both on-site and on the road
- Basic computer skills for email, quotes, customer records, and sales tracking

Compensation
- Base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
