Job Summary:

  • We’re seeking an experienced operational manager to oversee our operations write Business Establishment Plan for clients.
  • You will develop, implement and enforce policies that ensure the efficiency, and report to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create from scratch and/or edit existing technical documents including, but limited to business establishment plan; reports; letters; briefings and presentations; user/help guides; meeting minutes; agendas; special reports; and other project deliverables
  • Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in documents
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase the understanding of the target audience
  • Create and send reports to the Director of Operations
  • Revise and review documents as needed or directed
  • Consult relevant sources to obtain information required for documents
  • Edit content from other team members to ensure compliance with all NARA style guides and policies
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Participate in applicable workgroups and organizational meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent English language, grammar, and spelling skills for writing, editing, and proofreading, and orally communicating with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Skilled at organizing and translating information into a clear written documentation
  • Proven ability to effectively research subject matter
  • Proven ability to work well under tight deadlines and effectively interact with a wide range of personnel
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Microsoft Word,
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  • Demonstrated experience in providing editing, redlining and formatting documents to create high-quality documentation
  • Language: MUST be fully fluent in English and Mandarin
