- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals within the powersports sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on B2B markets, including dealerships, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry events to expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote powersports products and services.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership in account management, business development initiatives, and analysis of market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the powersports or related industries such as technology or automotive sales.
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, and technical sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on business development and account management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing data.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking to close deals effectively.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple accounts, and drive results.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Knowledge of powersports products or related technical equipment is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for motorsports is a plus.
