Position Overview: As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate finishing of concrete surfaces on a variety of projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in the overall quality and durability of the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Smooth and level surfaces to meet job specifications.
- Apply surface treatments such as curing compounds, densifiers, and sealers.
- Install concrete forms and reinforcements, as needed..
- Ensure work is completed to safety standards and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Responsible for performing concrete cutting tasks, as well as working extended and physically demanding hours to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a related construction role.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
