Job Title: Shift Manager – Pizza Hut Whistler
Job Summary:
Pizza Hut Whistler is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Manager, you will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
Supervise and support team members on shift
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed
Handle cash, tills, and basic shift reports
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Assist with staff training and shift coordination
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
Communicate clearly with management and team members
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or food service experience
Leadership or shift-supervisor experience preferred
Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
Strong communication and team management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
