About the Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow into senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of casual dining experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and guest service
- Open availability
