Are you bilingual and aspire to become a Project Manager? You enjoy coordinating activities to ensure the success of the overall project? Collaborating and supporting the team in order to ensure that we are able to deliver on promises will be your main focus. You will have ownership of project support; from initialization to invoicing, managing order entry and documentation control as you will have a strong understanding of the project scope and requirements.
POSITION LEVEL: Intermediate
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Project Initialization
Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail
Ability to follow through on project execution
Identify and escalate any potential issues that may impede the success of the project
Change management
Update bill of material to reflect any modifications made throughout the project
Ensure business systems and bills of material are always up to date
Material handling and documentation
Dispatch materials to third party vendors and track shipments
Maintain library of all documentation required for project
Logistics and invoicing
Coordinating with Health and Safety Coordinator all safety trainings and screenings while ensuring personal protective equipment requirements are met for site work.
Coordination of accommodations, work permits and site work rentals
Ensure milestone invoicing occurs on time.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You have a bachelor’s degree or DEC in a technical field.
You have a minimum of 3 years in a related field
You are an excellent listener and have solid problem-solving skills
You have Strong written and spoken English and French.
Your computer skills are strong and you are familiar with MS Office, MS Project
