Responsibilities

Help customers and provide minor technical support with inquiries regarding their cellphone account, mobile device, or billing in English via our chat support system. No phone contacts.

Take ownership of each inquiry you handle. You'll act as their advocate for any escalations. One-touch resolution is the goal.

Follow risk and compliance processes and client policies.
Requirements

Well-developed written communication skills fit for a North American customer service chat platform which includes demonstrated soft skills - you need to be kind, patient and helpful through chat even when the customer is upset.

Proven ability to juggle multiple chats, with accuracy and attention to detail.

A sense of curiosity and ability to be resourceful - you need to be inquisitive to better understand the issue and can find the right information to support the resolution.

Experience in supporting customer chats is preferred.
