Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior internal sales coordinator:
- Experience dealing with Costco buying & Vendors/Direct Factory
- Strong knowledge of supporting the Internal, Retail Import Sales and Marketing process
- Able to understand & navigate Costco documents such as:
- Timelines For Buying Processes, IA's
- QA timing and follow up
- Packaging
- Pallet Pod
- Displays
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Read and understand the item protocol
- Create a timeline for QA, work backwards from ship date
- Lead and support product development initiatives from concept to launch
- Be aware of the retail landscape/comp shop (retail placement, price points, sales trends, promotional activity)
- Identify, evaluate, source new vendors
- Salary: fair market value “or “commensurate with experience"
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm “flex time”
- Remote work from home, laptop, cell phone provided
- Occasional travel to Ottawa for meetings & set ups
- Bilingual (English - French) most of the work is done in English
- Preferably person would live in Montreal or Ottawa

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
