Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Experience drafting and editing memos, letters, and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- Positive, energetic, and professional personality Additional Skills
- Kowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998
Your Role
- Prepare, edit, and distribute letters and notices
- Compile management reports and board meeting packages
- Contact vendors for quotes and follow up on requests
- Track and follow up on vendor projects
- Handle other responsibilities as required
Education & Licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Condominium Management License (mandatory)
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call availability
- Experience:
- Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Office Management: 2 years (preferred)
