Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the HVAC team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Train new employees on best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
- Valid HVAC certification or license is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures in the HVAC field.

Pay: $130,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
