Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our crews on flat roofing projects throughout Canada. Based in your local area, you will play a vital role in overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality standards, and leading our skilled workforce to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for crew leadership, quality control, safety compliance, project execution, and daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials to meet deadlines.
- Complete daily reports and communicate with management.
- Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are fulfilled.
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or supervisor in commercial projects.
- Minimum 5 years commercial flat roofing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, SBS, BUR, and roofing details.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in roofing.
