This role independently conducts high volumes of complex and neutral workplace investigations into allegations of policy violations. Responsibilities may include making decisions and recommendations regarding discipline, up to and including termination. The role also manages high-stress workplace conflicts and prioritizes overlapping urgent matters effectively.
The role requires effective communication of investigative findings, policy applications, and related recommendations to senior management and legal counsel, both in writing and verbally. This role may also involve handling highly sensitive and confidential information about associates, ensuring appropriate conclusions are reached in accordance with employment-related laws.
The role may include interviewing customers related to human rights, harassment, and discrimination. Additionally, this role provides subject matter expertise in workplace investigations to various managers and HR business partners. Developing a professional reputation as neutral, experienced, and trustworthy is essential for this role.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
