We are seeking a well-rounded individual able to join the warehouse operations team at the company’s office in Mississauga, ON. The position covers aspects such as receiving inventory, inspecting/counting inventory, organizing the shipment, preparing documents for shipping, uploading information into a computer system and preparing inventory by labelling.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, count, sort, and prepare inventory for shipment to customers
- Prepare documents such as BOL, summary shipments, and upload information into a computer system
- Print labels to attach to inventory
- Update inventory information into web portals with up-to-date load information
- Monitor and update shipment statuses on the company’s internal applications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technologically advanced warehouse is an asset
- Good command of MS Excel with an ability to quickly learn new software
- Moderate numeracy skills
- Attention to detail to insure accuracy in shipment creation process
- Effective problem solving skills and multi tasking abilities to manage multiple concurrent functions in the warehouse in the process of preparing shipments
- Positive attitude with good people skills
Nice to have:
- Ability to innovate and make changes to existing processes/system to increase efficiency, speed and operational excellence in the warehouse
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
