Everwell Pharmacy is looking for a reliable and patient-focused staff pharmacist to join our growing independent community pharmacy in Barrie.
This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys working in a calm, supportive environment with a manageable work flow and a strong focus on patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking and dispensing prescriptions accurately
- Providing patient counselling and medication education
- Assessing and prescribing for minor ailments when appropriate
- Administering injections and vaccines, if certified
- Supporting medication reviews and clinical services
- Maintaining professional standards and pharmacy workflow
- Collaborating with pharmacy staff to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification preferred
- Minor ailments prescribing experience is an asset
- Experience with Fillware is an asset
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
- New graduates and experienced pharmacists are welcome to apply.
